These Grade II and locally listed college buildings were set to become a contemporary collection of 92 one and two bedroom apartments, together with 96 three bedroom homes. Our brief was to create marketing visuals to enable the client to sell the units off-plan in advance of an on-site showhome and, in the case of the luxury entrance hall, to create a model and visuals without architectural plans and using the existing photography.
To create a full set of exterior and interior visualisation portraying the luxury living lifestyle of the prestigious development. Once these initial visuals were created White Crow Studios developed the digital media into virtual 360 panoramic walkthrough tours, where the viewer can take a tour of the New York style city loft apartment and a three bedroom home, either by the use of a virtual reality headset,, PC or mobile.
In addition to the above, the visualisations and 360 walkthroughs were utilised across various media platforms, including social media channels, Right Move, the development website and of course in printed media for on-site hoardings and marketing brochures.

With projected sales at one unit per week prior to the show home installation, the BJD team were delighted to find that by having a complete set of photorealistic imagery, together with the additional interactive 360 panoramic tours this enabled the sales team to more than double the projected targets.
