After working with the client to create a set of photomontage imagery for the development planning application, White Crow were commission to create a full suite of still and interactive marketing imagery.
With off-plan sales starting 2 years ahead of completion, it was important that all immersive and visual imagery provided a clear photorealistic representation of the quality specification, sophisticated designs and accurate use of the luxury furniture packages available.
With the importance of providing photorealistic imagery for the international sales teams to utilise, White Crow proposed to create a full set of internal and external CGI imagery, together with a development animation, 360 pano tour and immersive virtual reality tour.
Having created the initial photomontage models, the team were able to progress these into full marketing exterior CGIs, as well as providing the initial exterior model for The Axium animation. Once the internal imagery was modelled, these were then combined to create a seamless virtual tour of an apartment for use on devices, PCs and Samsung headsets.
Using the photorealistic marketing CGIs in the brochure, together with the animation on a large screen and the virtual reality tour being available to view via a Samsung headset and branded Google Cardboard the initial launch event in Asia, exceeded projected targets by securing over 60 sales at the initial launch event alone.
