  • Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the scheme and the number of views required. For a typical housetype CGI commission, we’d expect to have initial renders with you for review within 2-3 weeks of receiving your drawings and brief. We’ll always be upfront about lead times from the outset.

  • Architectural drawings (CAD, .DWG or PDF files), your specification - materials, landscaping - and a brief that tells us how the images will be used. The more context you give us, the better the result.

  • Absolutely. We work within your existing brand framework as standard - and if you don’t have one yet, we can advise on what works best for property marketing.

  • Yes. Planning CGI and marketing CGI require different approaches - accuracy and compliance are paramount for planning, while marketing images lean into lifestyle and aspiration. We produce both, and we know the difference.

  • Yes. This is common, particularly during the early stages of development. We retain all source files so updates are straightforward - we’ll confirm what’s involved when changes arise.

  • AI image generation has made a lot of noise in the sector. We use AI tools selectively where they genuinely add value. But AI doesn’t read architectural drawings. It doesn’t know that a particular window detail is wrong for NHBC compliance. And it doesn’t have a conversation with you about what the image needs to achieve commercially. Our artists do. That’s not an excuse or pitch - just the reality of what quality property CGI requires.
